The processing, necessary for reasons of public interest, is aimed at carrying out the institutional functions of each partner. Period of conservation

Treatment of the images
For the pursuit of its institutional purposes and for specific communication needs, the Triton project partners may collect and produce audio-video reproductions concerning the users participating in the program such as: duplication, modification, transmission and public display of the image, with any tool (such as, by way of example: institutional films, publication or occasional dissemination of articles, essays, information leaflets, presentations, publications on websites, as well as on all internal or external means of communication and / or information used by each partner). The user has the right to revoke the consent for the use of the image. It is understood that the creation and use of the images are to be considered free of charge.
The Triton project partners will not be liable for any illegal use of the images by third parties, except in the event that such uses are attributable to fraud or gross negligence of one or more partners.
User rights
Pursuant to the articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you can exercise certain rights with reference to your data processed by the project partners:
In particular, the user has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time. The user can revoke the consent to the processing of his personal data previously expressed.
- object to the processing of his data. The user may object to the processing of his / her data when it takes place on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the opposition right are indicated in the section below.
